About Me
I’m Natalie Bond - a friendly, Virtual Business Support Assistant based in Rhos-on-Sea, North Wales. I specialise in helping micro and small businesses stay organised, efficient, and fully supported. I’m also a mum of three and married to a wonderful man called Andy, so juggling multiple priorities is second nature to me!
With over a decade of co-founding and managing my own artisan skincare and home-fragrance business, I truly understand what it takes to build something from scratch and keep it running smoothly as it grows and evolves. I handled many of the roles small-business owners often juggle: operations, sales, HR, financial planning, onboarding, marketing, customer service, and the day-to-day workflow that keeps a business moving. Growing a business taught me how to adapt quickly, problem-solve on the go, and recognise what needs attention before it becomes an issue.
All of this means I bring not only strong administrative skills, but real, lived experience of what running a small business is like, and how to make it feel lighter, calmer, and more manageable.
I’m not here to take over. I’m here to lighten the load, support your goals, and help create the space you need to focus on what matters most.
